Yvonne spent over 35 years in Banking, Human Resources and Administration, and combines that experience with owning three businesses, including an “S” Corporation which provided Inbound Callers with one-time resolution, before moving to Online Marketing in 2008. She’s an avid Blogger who has written over 400 articles and blog posts, multiple e-books, and published on Kindle.

After migrating to the United States where she spent 26 years working in Corporate America and managing her own businesses, she and her husband returned to live in Jamaica in 2015. She is married with three daughters, three sons-in-law, and 3 delightful grand-children.

I was always an over-achiever when I worked for others, and was often rewarded for it, with promotions and/or awards. You see, in those situations there was someone to acknowledge and commend me for the work that I’d done. When I came online, that acknowledgement stopped! I was on my own.
I would create products that never saw the ‘light of day’ because I questioned whether they were “good enough.” I basically held myself back because I kept hearing the words I’d heard from I was a little girl, “Let your good be better, and your better best!” Was I doing my best? It took years for me to understand I was aiming for perfection.
Thankfully I was coached on how to work on this so that while I still strive to do my best and bring value and transformation to my clients, my attitude now is, “Better Done than Perfect.” I could not have done it without a Coach and Mentor. In fact, I have worked with some of the best coaches and Mentors online as I recognized a long time ago that I cannot do it on my own
In working with clients, I discovered that many of them were still dealing with this desire for perfection and its offshoot, Procrastination.
In order for business owners to become unstuck and achieve success, on their own terms, they must get rid of these pesky beliefs, because that is exactly what they are. Beliefs that may have been passed on by others, or beliefs that you acquired, because of your relationships.
