And as I’ve evolved, so has my audience. I speak to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and reinvention leaders who are navigating growth, change, and meaning at midlife and beyond.

This podcast is shifting formats. Instead of interviews in every episode, I’ll be sharing short, thoughtful messages—what I sometimes think of as my “business reflections.”
Each episode will run around 10 minutes and will cover topics like:
